Our minimum order is 50 pieces per design (per style, per color). For sample orders, we can accommodate smaller quantities at a premium rate.
Can I request a sample before the full order?
Yes! We highly encourage sample orders before bulk production. A sample helps confirm fabric, fit, print quality, and sizing. Sample lead time is typically 7–10 business days.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production takes 15–25 business days after design approval and deposit payment. Rush orders can be completed in 10–12 business days at an additional charge.
What printing and customization techniques do you offer?
We offer sublimation printing, screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and direct-to-fabric (DTF) printing. Each technique suits different materials and designs — our team will recommend the best option for your project.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to 50+ countries via DHL, FedEx, and other trusted carriers. We handle all export documentation and provide a tracking number once your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union. We typically require a 30–50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipment.
I don't have a design — can you help?
Absolutely. Our in-house design team can create mockups from scratch based on your brief, color preferences, and any reference images you share. Design service is included at no extra charge for qualifying orders.
What fabrics do you work with?
We work with polyester, spandex/lycra, cotton, cotton blends, mesh, fleece, and performance moisture-wicking fabrics. We can source custom fabric weights and compositions on request for larger orders.
