A simple step-by-step guide to placing your custom apparel order with us.
1. Send Your Inquiry
Contact us via our inquiry form, email, or WhatsApp with your product requirements — type of garment, quantity, fabric preference, and any design references.
What to include:
- Product type (jersey, shorts, hoodie, etc.)
- Estimated quantity per style/color
- Your logo or design files (if available)
- Required delivery date
2. Receive Your Quote
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a detailed quote including unit pricing, production timeline, sampling cost, and shipping estimate to your country.
Quote includes:
- Per-unit price based on quantity
- Sample cost (refundable on bulk order)
- Estimated production timeline
- Shipping options & estimated cost
3. Design Approval
Our designers will create detailed mockups based on your brief. You review, request changes, and approve before anything goes to production. Unlimited revisions included.
Design tips:
- Share high-res logos in PNG or vector
- Pantone color codes help for accuracy
- No design? Our team creates one for you
4. Confirm & Pay Deposit
Once you approve the design, confirm your order and pay the deposit (30–50%) to begin production. We accept bank wire transfer, PayPal, and Western Union.
Payment terms:
- 30–50% deposit to start production
- Balance paid before shipment
- Accepted: T/T bank wire, PayPal, Western Union
5. Production & Quality Control
Your order goes into production at our Sialkot facility. Every item goes through multi-stage quality control — fabric inspection, print quality, stitching, and final inspection before packing.
Production timeline:
- Standard orders: 15–25 business days
- Rush orders: 10–12 business days (fee applies)
- Regular production updates provided
6. Shipped to Your Door
Once production is complete and final payment is received, your order is packed and shipped via DHL, FedEx, or your preferred carrier. You receive a tracking number immediately.
